CrossFit is a diverse strength and conditioning program, and it is designed for anyone to do! Whether you are an elite athlete or never played a sport, you train together but at a difficulty level specifically for you.
CrossFit revolves around three primary pillars: functional movement, high intensity, and constant change. These three pillars, which are at the core of CrossFit, will be incorporated in all of your Workouts of the Day (WOD). The primary goal of CrossFit is to become and remain fit and healthy, regardless of age, profession, or physical ability.
